GREEN SCREEN. MENUS NOT LOADING

Question

After selecting my save file, this is what happens. No menus will load and this is all I see. Ive reinstalled the game multiple times as well as the EA app. I have clean booted, updated windows and my drivers, checked the integrity of the files, cleared my caches. Nothing has worked. Ive been told by support staff you are aware of this issue yet there is still no fix. full price game btw.

I have the same issue, get a green screen after selecting my settings profile. I have validated the game files and updated my drivers but nothing have changed. Its weird because it worked&nbsp;yesterday but now it dont work anymore .Been looking around and it seems like you might have to delete your settings profile but i have not tried it yet. I will wait to see if they say something but for now i will wait.

@SamBurnn It worked for me by deleting the settings profile after startning the game.
