grey screen

When i start FC 25 on PC after selecting profile it gives me grey screen also PS 5 Controller not working when connected by Bluetooth.

    Hey @ahmos2080Please make a backup of your settings file and delete the folder from this location to reset your settings. 

    C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.)
