Hacked and ban

Hi I was recently permanently banned on my main account and I didn’t know why so I contacted an adviser and we discovered I was hacked due to suspicious login activity so we reset my password but my ban appeal is still getting declined everytime despite even having proof of being hacked , I’m not sure what to do can anyone help because I’ve really done nothing wrong
