hacked eafc 25 account coins and tradeable players are gone

on monday the 14th i woke up to getting email from ea saying that i been involved in coin distrobution even so they suspended me even tho i was still allowed on being on the game and use transfer market i woke to my 200k coins were gone and all tradeable players that were gold rare all gone and sold and three cards in my first 11 puttelas, rush dalot, gold rare mendy. ive contacted EA help and they were little to no help because they said it came from a trusted device but i did not do it ive never cheated in game ive been playing this game since i could play on console ive spend money on this game every year i make good money so i have no need and im quite good at games so there was no need for me to do any of this im getting no solution from ea they telling i have to dispute ban or suspension but its been couple days now i havent gotten email back from them i just want to my stuff back that i spend my hard earn money i just found it weird my team was complete and the feeling of playing the game has gone i really need help if anyone can do something for me maybe put me in contact with someone from that can go through my account and explain what has happen till today i dont know what happen to my account and EA help is not helping or telling me what has happen.

ps. i want to add they said it came from a trusted device but if you see all the locations from my trusted devices all of them but one wasnt from birmingham one came up from canary wharf thats quite far from where i live i deleted all the trusted device since they said it came from trusted device incase something like that happens again ever since almost every day ive been deleting trusted device so that it will never happen again
