Haircut for Player Career mode

I would like to say a "problem" in the player career

The problem is that in the player customization, there is no type of cut, the "cap cut", I find that a shame because many young people have this cut and cannot wear it. 

For example Pau Cubarsi have this cut and why you can't do a hairstyle like that ?
