Hello EA Support,

I’m experiencing a problem with FC 25 on my main EA account. Whenever I try to launch the game, I get a green screen and the game doesn’t load.

I tried everything: updating my drivers, using DDU, reinstalling the game, clearing EA App cache… but nothing worked.

However, when I created a new EA account and launched the game, it worked perfectly. So the issue seems to be related to my original account.

Could you please check if there’s any issue with my account data or cloud save files?
