HELP!!!

My main Xbox account with my ultimate team for months has let me manually log into my actual ea account. Unfortunately, the ea account linked to my main Xbox account is through my best friends email who unfortunately passed away in 2020, I cannot delink it as I can’t access a dead persons emails. It’s not stopped letting me manually log into my main ea account. What can I do?? 

I'm seriously not joking, this person has died and I physically cannot delink.
