when i was playing ultimate my game shut down. so i just turned it on again, but i couldnt get on game bc my personal settings failed to load. and i dont know how to fix this so pls help me

If you're not able to get past the personal seettings screen, it might be an idea to delete them and make a new one. Keep in mind that you’ll lose Skill Game progress and your custom controller layout, but anything else like your UT progress or game saves will be fine.
