High Ping Issue on Spain Server – North Africa Region

I’m writing to report a persistent issue that started around two weeks ago. There has been a sudden and continuous increase in ping when connecting to the Spain server from North Africa. This issue has significantly affected the gameplay experience — the game feels heavy, unresponsive, and difficult to enjoy.

My internet connection is stable and fast, and I’ve tested it multiple times. Everything points to a possible issue with EA’s servers or routing in our region.

Please look into this matter and fix it as soon as possible, as the current state is making the game nearly unplayable for many players in North Africa.
