high ping
cannot play my ping is very high despite my network is very good ping reached around 300 ms !!!!!!!!

Hey there. A high ping could indicate that something is blocking your connection.
I'd recommend the steps listed here on our website. This should improve things for you.
You can also contact your ISP to check if there is anything that could impact your network causing latency issues.
