Horrible connection to EA servers

I play pc with a ps4 controller wired. 99% of the time I play Rush with the occasional seasons match, but my connection is constantly the yellow or red bars. The last 3 days the game has been UNPLAYABLE. I've lowered all my graphic settings, my pc is up to date, made sure nvidia drivers were optimized, everything...NO it's not my internet because no other game experiences this and my internet is always good. What do i need to do? this is horrible
