Hospitality settings Synchronising FC25

Hello, 

When I enter FC25 Ultimate Team, a pop says 

“Hospitality settings Synchronising” appears and I won’t be able to log in. Note that I have already done the following:

- I deleted the application and got the PS4 version and still the same.

- I have closed the game and log in many times.

- I checked my network and it works fine with all other games.

Please help me out as I have been struggling for a week now.
