how to fix fc25 playing with friends doesnt work? (crossplay is on)

Is one of you on PC?

With today's Title Update now available for PC, you'll only be able to play with other players on the same update.

This will be arriving on other platforms in the near future and should clear this up once everyone playing is on the same TU.
