How to upgrade to Ultimate because I have the standard
I purchased the standard edition since I used a gift card and then I wanted to pay to upgrade to ultimate but the FC 25 does not have the option available How can I upgrade to ultimate since the option is not available on the EA app or the website???

You cannot upgrade per say but you have the option to request a refund with the help of this article: How to get a refund for EA games
After that, you can purchase the Ultimate edition.
