HUUUGE LAG / Freeze when playing offline after update 12!!

Before update 12, there were little stutters but acceptable. After update 12, the game just lag the **bleep** out during game play, it's not like constant but more like sudden lag / freeze. I get stable 100+fps but it just somehow freeze the **bleep** out.

Never encounter lag or freeze (5-10sec per freeze) this BAD in my 10+ years of playing time, and I play kick-off mode ONLY!!!

FFS EA fix this ASAP okay? Game not even playable at this point!

My specs are RTX4080(laptop), i9-13900HX, 32GB RAM, 2TB hard-drive
