İcon pack

There was the same problem with the Turkish language. I could not receive compensation.

I did open the pack in spanish and was told by EA support that I should wait for compensation. Now it seems like there is only compensation for players purchasing the pack via web app even tho the describtion ingame was the same which you can see in the screen shot. EA Direkt communication even posted that affected players were the ones who opened the Pack while it had an incorrect description in Spanish.
