İnternet connection and heavy game

Hey guys 

im playin this game frequently and i have 100 mbit download 25 mb upload beside it i have cat 8 cable. 
even i provide all i never had stable and consistence connection.

screen appears 30 ping but game is not feeling like 30 

Whatever i did ,i couldnt figure it out.

is there any advice ?
