@canunsan22 didn't fix the issue again. It sucks cause I paid full price for the game on 18th of September and still can't play it and can't receive any help or solutions. I have tried literally everything, lost all my progress in other games because I even went back to factory settings.

Hello, everyone. For those of you that purchased the Ultimate Edition and are still only able to play the trial, please contact an advisor so they can investigate this.
