I bought ea fc 25 but it doesnt work
I did the trial and the 10 hours expired and when i bought the game it said that I was still on trial mode nad that the trial mode expired and i didn't buy the game(i play on xbox)

What might cause the small problem that my eafc25 doesnt want to start up when i have a stable internet and all the system requirements are met? I havent purchased the ultimate edition, I only wanna try the game out with eaplay, could that be the problem?

I have bought eaplay on steam, went to the ea sports fc25 tab in the store clicked try it out and download and then steam managed the rest, but it doesnt really works since...I am planning on buying eaplaypro to play unlimitedly, but wont do it until i am 100% sure that it will fix the issue...

What is happening when you try to play the trial?
It runs smoothly as it should until it reaches to the point shown on the picture where it essentially just stops loading...
