I bought ea fc 25 but it doesnt work

I did the trial and the 10 hours expired and when i bought the game it said that I was still on trial mode nad that the trial mode expired and i didn't buy the game(i play on xbox)

  • Edition of FC 25 you purchased
  • Platform it was purchased for
  • Country you are in
  • Screenshot of the store where you're trying to download FC 25 from
  • Your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID

    When exactly are you getting this message? Is it when you first load into FC 25 or is it happening in a particular mode?
