I purchased the game and I can't download it in the EA app. The game was purchased last month. It shows me that the trial period has ended. The game was purchased through the EA App. Earlier, the game was installed but I couldn't launch it, so I tried everything suggested on the website to fix it, but nothing worked. That's why I tried to reinstall it, but now I can't download the game...
