In the EA app application it says trial expired but I can start the game with shortcut on the desktop.

Still the same issue for me, only says "Trial expired" and i can't download the game, for me nothing has changed as opposed to others here / Wciąż mam ten sam problem, tylko jest napisane "koniec okresu próbnego", mi nic się nie zmieniło tak jak innym

wciąż bez zmian, godzina 00:45 28 wrzesnia nie mogę zagrać w grę za którą zapłaciłem 3 stówy / still no changes, it's 12:45 AM 28th september and i can't plaay the game i've paid 70 dollars for

Ea i pre ordered fc25 and it says I have to purchase it and I can’t download it. I demand to get my money back or the game!

@EA_Hux this doesn't work. I had early access, played the free 10hr trial on Xbox. Brought the game (disc version) & I go to open the game and it says I have used up my 10hrs and I must purchase the game. I have uninstalled and installed again... the game would work and then I would turn my xbox off again, back on and the error message appears again.

I can't keep uninstalling and installing everyday.

I have cleared my storage also - that hasn't worked.

We all need a solution as I can see on X that a number of people encountering the same issue. We pay a lot of money for this game and this isn't right.

Besides that, why is it impossible to chat to someone? Is there not a quick option/way to use the online chat service?

It worked for 2 days and it's broken again. Now I can't even open it from EA FC 25 folder. I bought this game for 300 zł (Polish currency) and I can't play this game. Great job EA. You are the best in fooling players. I don't think I will buy this game on 1st day ever again

I have the same problem on PS5, 10 hour trial, purchased the game, can't play it because it's still the trial version with a lock on it!!!
WE BOUGHT YOUR GAME BUT CAN'T PLAY IT, FIX THIS!!
