I bought the FC25 game and it says it’s not purchased

I also facing the same problem as yours and I dont know what should I do..... Anyone have solution for this kind of problem ???

    You can’t do anything about it, talk with the key provider so they can change yours, i had to wait a month more for mine and they told me it’s a problem with the key not giving you the full game so yeah…
