I can’t complete my verification code and lost my account b

Last year in fc 24 I was given a verification code to complete which I couldn’t do because I lost the password to the email it was asking me to verify and I couldn’t play the game for the rest of the year. Yesterday I purchased fc 25 ultimate edition but couldn’t play it again due to the verification I can’t complete. Does anybody know what to do I spent 90 pound and can’t play the game
