I can’t see the code I have redeem

Hey , I have redeemed a code for 2800 fc points,  1 week ago and still can’t see the points

    Hi @Toby15910 Where did you purchase them from? If they were bought through the EA App, you should be able to get assistance at help.ea.com.

    Live support for the game you are inquiring about to find a way to resolve the issue. They can see all the codes youve redeemed and may be able help get the points in your correct account
