i cant download any game since last ea app update

it shows downloading, or installing sometimes but it never intiates. i bought fc 25 last week. but i am still waiting for it to start downloading. i tried every method suggested on ea website. and al...

Hi there, 

Could you please let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? Also, how much storage space available do you have on the drive that you're installing the game?

    Can you please try to lower the UAC settings: 

    You can change the UAC behavior by opening the Control Panel > System and Security > Change User Account Control settings.

    Move the slider to your desired level of notification and select OK to save your changes.

     
    Once that's done, try also a Clean Boot to make sure that there's no other app conflicting with the EA app: How to clean or safe boot your computer
     
    Then restart your PC and try to download again.

        In this case, can you try setting up a new Windows admin account and try installing the game with this account? Manage user accounts in Windows
