    Hey 4zk3zitr2w1n​  If your entire PC crashes, ensure that you have the latest BIOS installed along with all the necessary Windows updates. Additionally, check for a corrupted settings file due to the crash. To do this, make a backup copy of the settings folder and then delete the existing one. You can find this folder at the following location: C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25. (Note that the App Data folder is usually hidden, so you may need to change the settings from the View dropdown menu to access it.)
