I cant open my packs on FC 25 web app

I try to open packs of see which packs i have and i cant go in to the packs and items section.

      I can’t open the packs on fc 25 Webb app because it tells me “failed to load storage” and I was wondering if their was a fix

    I can't open packs as well, its saying failed to load store categories

        I was using VPN and it didnt work. Shut down VPN, reloaded the app and it worked.
