I cant open my packs on FC 25 web app

I was using VPN and it didnt work. Shut down VPN, reloaded the app and it worked. 

Thank you @GoT_Zosas Is anyone else using VPN service at the moment that could cause this issue? 

I have to do the same as well, it,s a brand new game EA and it, s not as if it’s the first edition of the game, people have paid extra money for early access so get it sorted 

Im having the same issue. Has anyone been able to resolve this themselves?
