I CANT PLAY FIFA OVER A WEEK I SEE GREEN SCREEN AND MENU WITHOUT NOTHING

its unbelievable i do all the steps of guide i do unistall and install game 4 times i do format on my pc and fc 25 dont working open but i cant see nothing only greeen screen and menu without not...

Hey @tokanoni77, Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having with your game. Please try deleting your Personal Settings 1 profile after launching the game, as this may resolve the issue for you.

@EA_Pulsar Just hasnt worked is there any other way ea can sort my account out to be able to play as ive spend daft amounts of money and now its useless as i cant use my team help would be class asap

@EA_Pulsar And i cant get to personalised settings i literally try get to the screen that takes me to ultimate team and crashes and gliches and wont let me please re set it so i can
