I CANT PLAY MY FC 25 NO MATTER WHAT

I have purchased this game since NOVEMBER 2024, and  I wasnt able to play it ONCE, it dosent start, it jsut goes to splash screen, and returns me to ea app, 

and for some reaosn when i click manage i cant even repair, wth is going on???? did i just waste my money afterall
