I cant play since 27 sept

I bought EA FC 25 Ultimate Edition from Origin on September 27...and since then I can't enter the menu at all because it gives me this error What can I do at EA FC24, the EA servers work very well.....

Hey @Mazk07,

Can you go to your Ultimate Team in the web/companion app and delete your active squad? Not the players themselves, but just the squad. Let me know if you can start up UT again afterwards.
