I did not receive the point which I purchased

i just bought 10 euros worth of Fifapoints and they are not oin my account ive spent thousands of euros on ur game how am i treated like this first i open a 91+ icon pick in  dutch (where i ACTUALLY LIVE) and get schmeichel and now i buy fifa points and dont receive them this is unacceptable i spent thousands this is no service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

first no compensation for the icon pack which bothers me alot as a good customer spending thousands and also still waiting for the fifa points this is actually insane
