I got kicked out of champs

I was winning 6-1 and the game ended, when I picked advance to get out I suddenly got kicked out and it counted as a lose

Hey EA support,

Im writting you this because my win in champs didnt count at all, after I was like 3 0 up, the opponent left and I was just kicked out of the match, it was like I didnt play the match at all. The day before I was also playing champs and during one game I was leading 2 0 in 14th minute, my internet cut off and I lost the game because of that, if you could do something about any of the issues here that would be lovely.
