I got kicked out of champs

I was winning 6-1 and the game ended, when I picked advance to get out I suddenly got kicked out and it counted as a lose

2 weeks in a row i could of got 9 wins but the game kicked me out as my player was getting the match ball and it counted as a loss sort it out or give me compensation
