I have completed the UT Foundations, but still cannot enter the transfer market.

Yesterday, I purchased FC 25 through the EA APP and completed the Foundation 1 SBC, but I still couldn't access the transfer market. It told me to complete that task, but I had already done it. I waited until this morning, thinking it might be a bug, but when I checked again, the same message appeared.

I thought it might be an issue with my account, so I refunded the game, created a new EA account, and repurchased the game. However, I faced the exact same problem. Is this a new bug occurring on the PC side? Or, like with the Web App and Companion, does access to the in-game transfer market now unlock over time?

I'm genuinely tired of EA's nonsense. Is there an EA representative who can explain this?
Please don’t just post links about transfer market access in the Web App or Companion. Look at the visuals I’ve provided – my issue, like many others, concerns the in-game transfer market.
