i have problem in EA app

Could you please provide a screenshot of the error message and a DxDiag? How to gather information on your PC using DxDiag
 

this error just it :    an error on our end caused th elunch to fail

refresh / realod / recovery / unistall ea all done but didnot work

i ask another player and he say for once change the internet 

do you think it is true?

What do you suggest for me?

If the games are not launching it's probably not an issue with your connection. If you can send us a DxDiag that will give us a better idea of what could be happening. Please check my previous reply for instructions on how to gather this information.
