I was banned unfairly

I noticed that I was banned when I entered the game 1.5 weeks ago and the reason was that I did not trade in the game. But I never transferred coins or anything else and I have been playing the game since September. After doing some research, I saw that when we spent a lot in the game, the game thought we bought coins and banned us. I was waiting for coins for the PL tots week and when it came, I spent 4M on cards like Toty Salah and FB Van Dijk, and I had a total of 5M money. The game thought that I transferred coins and my 5-year-old account was unfairly banned because of its ridiculous artificial intelligence. I submitted a ticket many times but no one is interested in it properly. This is the first time in my life that I have seen such an indifferent community of a company. I have been playing different games of different companies for a long time. I have not been banned even once from any company, but EA has unfairly banned me from all its games. I do not know where to apply. I want help.
