I'm not able to connect to players on Rush, keeps saying "No teammates found"

I try to drop in and play a rush game, it keeps saying "No teammates found". This has been going for 2 weeks. I would keep searching for hours everyday and no teammates found. Can you please fix your servers?

I must say as a returning player after 3 years out... the amount of issues is so disappointing, from rewards not claiming, rush not working no team mates after 3 seconds ... server issues... cmon sort it out
