In-game loads take minutes and are unsuccessful

For a few days now, loading within Ultimate Team (for example accessing the shop, SCR or Rivals) has taken minutes and is unsuccessful. The problem is not related to the connection, as in the few games I can access there are no problems, but rather it seems like a bug that occurs randomly and is only resolved by trying the same thing several times. This problem doesn't allow me to play because it takes minutes and several attempts to do anything simple (yesterday in 2 hours I managed to play 2 games). I play on PS4
