I read a million comments on this forum. Finally, I found a solution. Someone wrote that I should decrease the FPS to 30. I tried that, but it didn't fix the issue. Then, I decreased the resolution, and the controls started working correctly.

Eofb55FPS'yi 30'a düşür, olmazsa oyun içinden çözünürlüğü düşür.
