in order to access the online features

i was using FC25 in PS5 until i logged in into mobile application and requested to reset my password from that point i can't login to my account on FC25 on PS5 the user only working on the application and i get the message on PS5 in order to access the online features for this title you must be signed in to PlayStation Network and you must be signed in to the EA servers. See e.com/unable-to-connect

Hey @HazemNAbdeen Have you made any other changes to your account while trying to log in? Sometimes, players accidentally unlink their platform accounts, etc.

Please check if you can reset your password. Additionally, try restarting and unplugging your console for two minutes before logging back into your account.
