Incorrect champion reward

Enclosed please check the video/screen-cap as evidence, start from the champion match result for the 8th win but did not count also stunk in a blank screen when ive done all those matches.

Next, the photo that i went to the store to check reward there was only 1x tots pack instead of 2x. (Rank 6 - 8win, should include 2x Bundesliga/Pixel/Süper Lig TOTS Picks).
