Input switch continuous from ps4 controller to mouse and keyboard (PC)

In the menu the input changes continuously between controller (PS4 connected via USB) and mouse and keyboard, this creates a sort of double input and with a single analog click downwards, the menu scrolls by 2/3. How to solve it?
