Is EA customer service the worst of all time?
Zero help with either of the cases I submitted to them. They were both 'resolved' without ever contacting me, there is no email in my account of them ever reaching out apart from saying 'A case advis...

As if they were given a script there is zero EA help on this forum either. Hilarious company. I've almost accepted I've spent $100 on a game that doesn't even function, which should be their slogan. EA Sports, we'll brutally annoy into submission with zero communication and soul-rending bureaucracy
