Is this forum really for getting help? If not, just say, or close it. 

I’ve mistakenly asked for at least an acknowledgement on squad battles crashing. I haven’t had daily requests responded to and now they are being deleted as asking for help repeatedly when not being responded to is against the rules it seems. 

We are paying customers. Are you offering help or not? Deleting and shutting people down is not remotely customer service.
