Issues with Co-op Mode in EAFC 25

Dear EA Support,

I have been experiencing issues while trying to play co-op with a friend in EAFC 25. Every time I start a co-op match with my own team, the game crashes after about 10 to 20 seconds, resulting in a loss. This problem has happened approximately 15 times now. However, when I play alone, the game runs perfectly fine, and when I play co-op using my friend’s team, we do not face this issue at all.

Additionally, there was one instance during a FUT Champions qualification match where my screen went completely black, and I was handed a loss. The frequent crashes while playing co-op with my team are very frustrating and make it impossible to enjoy the game mode.

I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on how to resolve this issue.
