Kicked out of ultimate team after every game

I have been playing fut champions and the new immortals cup and have been kicked out of 6 games in a row in the cup which I now cannot get all the rewards my connection is fine and when I played on another account it is fine ea need to fix something backend with my account and can I get the games back that I got kicked for as this is unfair.

    I'm also having the same issue. From what I'm reading, we have been soft banned. That's because we are doing the cup which has LOTS of games in a short amount of time. You would have thought that they would have relaxed it, knowing people would be doing this challenge.
