L1 lag, fps drops, speed up lag, stutters

Happened 2 patches ago, was fixed in the previous patch, now it's back again, what a wonderful amazing game from you EA.

Can't even trigger players for a run, can't speed boost, can't do anything with l1 because it lags the whole game for 5 seconds, player will be uncontrolable, fps drops to 10 and everything speeds up once it goes back to normal. EVERY SINGLE TIME I HOLD L1. EVERY SINGLE * TIME. 

THIS GAME IS ABSOLUTELY UNPLAYABLE WHAT A HORRENDOUS COMPANY THAT DOES NOT CARE
