Hi EA,
I recently installed FC25 but have been experiencing constant high latency reaching up to 258ms while playing online modes. I have done all I could in troubleshooting but nothing has work. I decided to go back to FC24 to see if I am experiencing the same on any online mode. However on FC24 I am experiencing no lag or any high latency on the same ISP.
Could you please assist?

Thanks for reaching out about this. I'll try to help with your latency issue. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.

Community ManagerThank you. You've got a lot of packet loss and a high ping. It looks like you're switching between a wired and wireless connection. Do you mainly play over wireless? That score isn't unusual if so and most likely would be improved by using a wire.
I used wireless as well. But it just seems now that its only happening on seasons, co op seasons this high latency
Community ManagerCan you try switching to a wired connection to see if that helps?
Community ManagerIf there's no difference, that would most likely be an issue with your ISP or home network. If you can switch to a wire and play several games, then run the connection quality report again, let me know and I'll review the results.
